Methods of Payment:

All available methods of payment are displayed at the bottom of the site.

Shipping:

We are currently shipping within the United States and also internationally via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. UK CUSTOMERS: We can ship to the UK but, due to 2021 VAT changes, we require a minimum £150 order prior to shipping. Tracking will be provided and sent to you via email. Shipping is calculated by the website based on zones set by the USPS.

Per PayPal policy, we are responsible for packages until they are marked as delivered by the USPS. Once the package shows delivered by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for it but will do what we can to find the package. If you are worried about packages going missing, please let us know and we can insure the package for an additional fee. We will do everything we can to ensure that the polish is packaged safely. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct address. If you would like insurance, let us know and we will add a charge for the insurance on the package.

Sometimes polishes may experience settling during shipping. We advise that you roll/shake your polishes to redistribute glitter or pigment that may have settled. Depending on the weather, give your polish time to reach room temperature before opening and using or it may thicken up.

Application:

Use a good quality top coat and base coat to prevent chipping and staining. Some polishes are glitter heavy and may require more top coat to smooth out the finish.

What is the turnaround time?

Currently the turnaround time is 7-10 business days to process the order, not including holidays which may have an extended turnaround time. This does not include the time it takes to ship.

Can I return/exchange my polishes?

In general, we will not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. If there is an issue, we are more than willing to help you so please feel free to contact us at geekishglitterllc@gmail.com.

What if my polishes arrive damaged/incorrect?

We will do everything we can to make sure you don't receive damaged or incorrect products. However, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive anything damaged/incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with pictures of the damaged items and we will correct it.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every polish is hand mixed by Lexi. She will make sure to follow recipes closely, but due to the nature of handmade products, there can be some slight variations between batches. Polishes are 5-free and are not tested on animals.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Denver Colorado metropolitan area.

Will you combine shipping?

Yes! If you make multiple orders, contact us and we will combine shipping as long as your previous order has not already shipped.
